Hello Everyone!
UPDATE usually happens three times per week, sent from eastern Canada late at night on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.
To interact about UPDATE items either send an email message to epic@iexistworld.org or record a voicemail message at 416-622-3742.
If you prefer to read this UPDATE (or any previous UPDATE) in your internet browser, within this email message click on its title “UPDATE 2024-06-07” to arrive at the online version (which may be wider, faster for scrolling, and better for your eyesight). Also, after that click-through, to arrive at an archive of all my UPDATE newsletters you can click on the name of my Substack (which will be near the top of the screen,“Barbara’s Substack” – https://updatefrombarb.substack.com/p/update-2024-06-07-how-long-is-that). Those, as well as many prior years of Sharon’s UPDATEs, are also at:

1. How long is that cable?
I would say this is solid proof, from online empires and wireless providers themselves, that they are certain that cables (non-wireless networks) are, and will continue to be, far better than satellites (wireless networks) — otherwise they would not go to such great lengths (literally!) and expense to install these cables.
2. Phonegate. I wonder how this unfolded today.

When you arrive at the full text link below, you can find the exact item by searching for the word “Lendri.”

For health + the environment we practice safe tech + eHygiene to prevent indoor and outdoor electrosmog.
A conscious choice. Because we ♥️ people & planet.
How to practice safe tech & e-hygiene:
Cords & adaptors (instead of wireless radiation).
Downloads (instead of streaming radiation).
Awareness (know & help others know).
Use caution with all types of power.
Be kind to yourself, others & the environment.
Thank you for helping everyone realize it’s better to prevent electrosmog.
