2) Virginians for Safe Technology had a webinar to help educate people about smeters and they have shared their slides. Even though we lost our battle with BC Hydro and FortisBC, I am hopeful that, with the knowledge gained since our battle started in 2010, someone will attempt to have BCUC and the utility companies review their dangerous products and practices. I do not remember exactly but I think I remember seeing similar ISED rules for digital devices.
