1) Wireless devices and networks have the potential to interfere with other devices and electrical equipment. This has been true of frequencies and transmitters long before 5G. For example, I live very near to 3 of Rogers FM transmitters that should be nowhere near homes. Many of us have had problems such as garage doors opening and closing, music playing on landline phones, medical beds lowering and raising, etc. But interference from 5G networks is capable of creating greater and more significant problems.

A section of this article relates to smeters and interference and provides a link to this article. Smeters are vulnerable to electromagnetic interference and must pass many tests, at least in some countries. This article is from China. I will try to find out whether our smeters were subjected to all of these tests and techniques to ensure compatibility. I am pretty sure some of the problems exist with our smeters because, for example, smeters have caught fire and/or exploded when a power surge has occurred.

2) The US agencies and Health Canada ignore both the NTP and the Ramazzini studies, among others, misleading the public by maintaining that there is not sufficient evidence to change Safety Code 6, the FCC guidelines, or to implement the Precautionary Principle. No scientist signing a US report saying this is a pretty sure indication of lack of confidence in the report’s conclusions.

How FDA Spins the Science on Cellphone Radiation and Human Health Risks
Despite a $30-million “gold standard” study demonstrating clear cancer risks from cellphone radiation, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration and the telecom industry continue to spin the science and create doubt.
To support its statement — that “the weight of scientific evidence has not linked exposure to radio frequency energy from cell phone use with any health problems” — the FDA references a 2008-2018 literature review it conducted on radiofrequency (RF) radiation and cancer…
However, Davis said the FDA’s review was never signed. In other words, the names of the individuals who authored the report were never publicly released…
“The reason it was unsigned, I believe,” Davis told The Defender, “is because no one in the FDA was willing to put their name behind such a piece of junk. It was absolute nonsense,” she said. “It ignored many publications and only relied on an incredibly skewed interpretation of the literature — and I’m being generous when I say it like that.”

I am emailing you, to ask for your support in protecting the very low emf/rfr levels at Qualicum Beach’s newest beach park, Saahtlam Park, by emailing your letters of support to those listed below. The planning stage is now. Here is a newspaper article, including a photo of the park:
Why is this protection needed? Other waterfront locations have been inaccessible to some who suffer from electrohypersensitivity. . Everyone should be able to enjoy Qualicum Beach’s waterfront. Notably, the number of people suffering from electrohypersensitivity is rapidly increasing.
I realized how critically important it is to have a minimal emf/rfr beach park when my friend, who suffers from severe ehs, could not enjoy the Qualicum Beach waterfront at other locations because of the levels of rfr. It was a real joy to for all of us to enjoy the park together. No one should be excluded because of the levels of unnecessary emf/rfr.
This park is currently under development. The planners requested input for development on a form, but there was no place on their form that asked about this. The deadline for the form’s submission passed recently and I am hopeful that the planners will make allowance, considering they did not ask the public for input on preserving this very low emf environment (when metered).
