AB 965 reduces local control (just like the federal bill 3557) and AB 1065 allows wireless companies to get their hands on your tax dollars currently set aside for fiberoptic projects.
The wireless industry is using the old “Let us close the digital divide” argument again, and apparently California politicians don’t know that these are the same companies that created the digital divide in the first place!”
