1) For those of you who were unable to listen to the press conferences today by EHT and CHD about the lawsuit victory over FCC, both were recorded and will be available on their websites:
I don’t have the specific URLs but when I do, I will share them. Both were very interesting and provided information critical to going forward. One lawyer in the EHT Zoom, Mr. Berg, thought that contracts with telecoms re. cell tower siting, in which telecoms say that the FCC says microwave radiation is safe, could now be challenged. These contracts are usually for 20 years and subject to renewal. Hopefully, the same false statements can be challenged in Canada and elsewhere.
Canadian experts, such as Dr. Meg Sears, are speaking out about the significance of this ruling. Now is the time when MPs might pay some attention to us, certainly more than they usually do. Let’s make this an election issue, discuss at town halls, write to your MP, etc. – https://www.ourcommons.ca/Members/en/search
Please share your emails with me so that I can share with others. We need to support our individual efforts now. Send them to:
with Election on the subject line and please tell me it’s OK to share and if I can include your name.
U.S. Court Ordered Wireless Regulator to Address the Science Showing Harms to Human and Environmental Health
“Ottawa. Canadian candidates hitting the campaign trail, glued to their cellphones, should note that the U.S. Court of Appeal just handed down both pause for concern for their health, and an important plank for their platform – to advance safer, faster, greener communications technology…
“The scientific solitudes are starting to crack, between doctors and scientists in the public sphere seeing the harms, and regulators,” stated Meg Sears, Chair of Prevent Cancer Now. “Options exist to protect public health, not to mention security and the environment. Governments have to require the best for their electorate.””
2) C4ST offers an opportunity to share information and concerns, to ask questions about what is happening here in Canada as well as elsewhere. The next meeting will offer an opportunity to discuss the implications of the recent FCC court ruling, among other things.
You and friends are invited to a C4ST Community Meeting via Zoom

3) On occasion, someone sends me info about a device or gadget that claims it will protect the wearer or user from all EMF. So far, none have proven to be useful, unless you wish to lighten your wallet. Scam artists realize RF is causing harm and people are concerned. But depending on something useless can result in the user exposing themself to radiation they normally would avoid.
Pendant ‘protection from radiation’ claims sink like a stone
“Professor Yuan Chen, a carbon nanomaterial researcher at the University of Sydney, said it was impossible to prevent electromagnetic radiation from reaching an individual’s body unless the person wore a full-body shield of suitable material.
“Carrying a steel pan would be much more efficient than wearing a small shungite pendant in absorbing electromagnetic radiation,” Dr Chen told AAP FactCheck in an email.”
4) Arthur Firstenberg shows that 6G is closer than we think, with industry already working on projects, with symposiums being held. Of course, just as with 2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G this is being done without any research to show that exposure to these higher frequencies will not cause harm to humans, animals, or the environment.
“6G will use frequencies from 40 GHz to 330 GHz, called “sub-terahertz” frequencies, in order to support “extreme data rates up to 1 Tbps.” The signal bandwidth will be in tens of GHz to “over 100 GHz.” Among other things, 6G will enable autonomous drones, cars, forklifts, trains, excavators and harvesters”
Sharon Noble, Director, Coalition to Stop Smart Meters
“I firmly believe that before many centuries more, science will be the master of man. The engines he will have invested will be beyond his strength to control. Some day science may have the existence of mankind in its power, and the human race commit suicide by blowing up the world.” Henry Brooks Adams in 1862
